Held in the cool, speakeasy-style Model Citizen—the upstairs parlour room at Model Milk—Rough Drafts is a monthly pop-up hosted by the team at Model Milk where the chefs have fun, try new dishes, and get creative. Indulge in this special YYC EXP edition of Rough Drafts, featuring an exciting star-studded lineup of visiting chefs. Gus Stieffenhofer-Brandson of Vancouver's Michelin-starred Published on Main will be joined by Andy Doubrava of California's nomadic restaurant Slow Burn, showcasing their unique food style in collaboration with Model Milk's culinary team.
