Joining Francine’s for two consecutive nights, the much-anticipated Bar Gigi (led by former D.O.P alumni Alessandro Chinea, Jaden Kanomata, and Kayla Blomquist) will co-create a unique food and drink menu with Garrett Martin and Nathan Wry that celebrates exciting, punchy global influences filtered through Francine’s French Bar lens. This collaboration will feature five courses plus snacks, with sharp flavours and refined execution utilizing the team’s worldly experience. The dinner will create a seamless blend of what can be expected at the soon-to-be-opened Bar Gigi, which has already been celebrated at Francine’s since its infancy.
