Your 60-minute journey unfolds under 15-foot vaulted ceilings adorned with 10-karat gold leaf, an ambiance both warm and ethereal. Your seat awaits around our hand-crafted cherry adobo wood bar. We have partnered with YYC EXP to give you access to the most intimate and exclusive mixology experience in the city. A cocktail, in many ways, is only as good as the glassware. Our experience is further elevated by the delicate artistry of hand-blown Kimura stemware, designed to enhance every nuance of your drink. Join us for one of our Satoyama Elixirs based on the natural ingredients from the forests or for our Roots and Reveries Cocktails based on our bar team’s favourite moments in time. To complement your cocktail experience we are also offering some tasty snacks from our limited bar menu included for all guests are fresh truffle popcorn and of course our wasabi shrimp cocktail.

Please note: due to demand, seatings are precisely 60 minutes in length and will not be extended in order to accommodate as many guests as possible. Experience includes one cocktail of your choice, popcorn, and a shrimp cocktail. “Sushis and Sashimis” and the “Maclean Manhattan” are excluded from this experience.
