Clos de la Oyster Barre: Return of the Prodigal Chef
Teatro hosts a special YYC EXP pop-up of Clos de la Oyster Barre in its original location, Teatro. Hip-hop music and candlelight set the atmosphere for this irreverent seafood-forward experience with dishes prepared by the Clos de la Oyster Barre’s culinary team, working in tandem with the resident Teatro team. They will be joined by alumni Chef David Leeder, just back from a stint at three Michelin-starred Per Se in NYC. This will not be a set menu, the chef team will be collaborating to create a special à la carte menu, allowing diners to indulge in as much or as little as they wish.
